Mary is unapologetically obsessed with keeping clients out of court, because it’s not always the right answer to conflict.
Since 2012, Mary has worked across the legal system as a lawyer, mediator, court registrar, mentor, and coach. She has chaired over 1000 high stakes, high emotion, court-ordered mediations and understands the system’s limitations, and the human cost of staying in it too long.
Her mission is to help people and organisations move through conflict without destroying each other – with more clarity, less chaos, and in a safe space.
