Mary Louise works with families going through separation and divorce, to help them make parenting and financial decisions without going to court.
Mary Louise is a Director and Principal at Spectrum Law and Mediations. She is a collaboratively trained family lawyer, nationally accredited mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and parenting coordinator.
Mary Louise was admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in 1991 and has worked almost exclusively in family law. In 2008, Mary Louise became a mediator and FDRP, and in 2019, she became one of Australia’s first parenting coordinators. She is also a Resolution Institute Fellow.
Mary Louise provides mediation and DR training and coaching for Relationships Australia, College of Law and RMIT’s Juris Doctor program. Mary Louise also lectures in professional legal training with the College of Law and in family law in the Juris Doctor program at RMIT, where she has PhD equivalence in law.
