Cynthia has been conducting workplace mediations and investigations into grievances and complaints of sexual harassment, harassment, discrimination and workplace bullying since 1998.
Cynthia has many years’ experience providing facilitation and training in all aspects of equal opportunity application (discrimination, harassment and bullying). She is also experienced in the design and delivery of a range of performance management training courses, upskilling and coaching managers in practical management strategies to effectively manage challenging situations.
Before establishing her own consultancy ( www.loganconsulting.com.au), Cynthia spent five years as Principal Consultant and Manager of Business Services at LifeWorks and ten years working with the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI). She has extensive knowledge and experience gained through training and consulting in the areas of equal opportunity, human resources and employment law with both public and private sector organisations.
Prior to her time at VECCI, Cynthia worked for ten years for the Federal and State Governments in the labour market arena at policy, operational and management levels.
Cynthia is an experienced counsellor and has worked in the drug and alcohol field, as well as establishing and running a successful casting agency. Cynthia has a Graduate Diploma in Equal Opportunity Administration and a Diploma in Investigations (Government). She trained in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution at The University of Melbourne and is a nationally accredited mediator through VADR. Cynthia is also accredited in MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator) and the Genos Emotional Intelligence profile and is a certified Level IV Workplace Assessor and Trainer.
