Ange O'Connor
Ange is a qualified Family Therapist/Counsellor and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) and is registered with the Australian Association of Family Therapy and the Attorney General’s Department. Ange is experienced in conducting child inclusive and legally assisted mediations. Ange also holds a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and has over 15 years of experience in the community services and not for profit sectors, providing case management, mediation and counselling.
As well, Ange has experience in working for Government Departments and has held a range of leadership roles over the years. Her extensive employment history, personal experiences and qualifications, along with her empathy and genuine desire to help people resolve conflict, maintain healthy, meaningful and long lasting relationships, achieve their goals and to be successful was the motivation behind the creation of The Relationship Hub. Ange is also passionate about providing excellence in Clinical Supervision as a means of mitigating compassion and conflict fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout. Accumulative and vicarious trauma can impact our mental health and wellbeing and affect our capacity to continue to provide excellence in our professional roles. Ange is qualified and has over ten years of experience in providing Clinical Supervision to a range of professionals.
